I remember when I was at school, the lorry that lost it's brakes down Cromford hill and went crashing into the cliff at the bottom.
The driver was hailed a hero, as instead of jumping out, he steered it away from danger and had to be cut out for his efforts. I believe he survived??
Harry always managed to capture these incidents, but there are a few he caught like the Tansley Bi-plane crash and the High Peak Rail accident that were a little more unusual.
